Spud Legends — Loaded Spuds. Legendary Flavours.

Crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle, and piled high with the good stuff. Everything on the truck is 100% gluten-free.

The Spud King

Looking for a loaded baked potato in Brisbane?

Spud Legends is a family-run food truck based in the City of Moreton Bay, just north of Brisbane. We serve loaded baked potatoes and loaded fries at markets, pop-ups, festivals and private events across South East Queensland.

The business was started in 2019 by Wayne and Joanne Johnston with a stall at Bite Markets in North Harbour. They moved to Brisbane from Newcastle upon Tyne in England in 2014 and noticed hardly anywhere sold a good, hearty baked potato.

The whole menu is gluten free, because none of the signature meals ever needed gluten, so it suits coeliacs. There are vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options too, and the beef bolognese and chilli con carne are made in house.
