# Spud Legends

> Spud Legends (formerly Baked Spuds) is a family-run food truck in Brisbane serving gluten-free loaded baked potatoes and loaded fries, plus food truck catering across South East Queensland and beyond.

## About
Spud Legends is a family-run food truck based in the City of Moreton Bay, just north of Brisbane. We serve loaded baked potatoes and loaded fries at markets, pop-ups, festivals and private events across South East Queensland.

The business was started in 2019 by Wayne and Joanne Johnston with a stall at Bite Markets in North Harbour. They moved to Brisbane from Newcastle upon Tyne in England in 2014 and noticed hardly anywhere sold a good, hearty baked potato.

The whole menu is gluten free, because none of the signature meals ever needed gluten, so it suits coeliacs. There are vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options too, and the beef bolognese and chilli con carne are made in house.

## Catering
- Party catering from $1200 on weekdays and $2000 on weekends.
- Corporate catering from $800 for weekday lunchtime service.
- Typical groups: 30 to 80 and beyond. No power or water is needed on site.
- Service area: Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Darling Downs, South Burnett, Bundaberg. We travel further for events too, out to the Darling Downs and South Burnett and up to Bundaberg. Every event is quoted individually, including travel.
